SC Asset Collaborates Again with Scratch First for 'Fruitfull' - A New Cultural Food Experience Featuring Top Thai and International Chefs, the First of Its Kind in Thailand!
SC Asset collaborates again with Scratch First, the organizer of Wonderfruit.
At the event 'Fruitfull', a new cultural food experience
Featuring top Thai and international chefs for the first time in Thailand!
It marks the first time in 50 years that no space has been used for large-scale events at the six teak houses at the Jim Thompson House Museum. The Wonderfruit team has created an event called 'Fruitfull' by opening the porch and garden of century-old trees to welcome food enthusiasts to experience together from November 7-8, 2020.

'Khun June' Chomchada Kuladilok, Head of Brand Strategy and Corporate Communication at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, said, "We are excited to collaborate again with Scratch First, the creators of the Wonderfruit Festival, a global lifestyle festival, with a strong belief in sustainability for society and communities.
The 'Fruitfull' event reflects the food culture, which is a strong point of Thai people that creates sustainability in living today towards the future. The highlight of this event will be the selection of both Thai and international chefs who have received Michelin stars to participate, including popular local chefs and those from long-established restaurants, along with lesser-known cultural restaurants that will create something special for this event. Additionally, the choice of venue at the Jim Thompson House Museum is significant and not easy, as it is located in the heart of Bangkok, catering to the lifestyle of urban dwellers. Therefore, we aim to provide an unforgettable experience for SC Asset families with activities like Exclusive Tohjeen Dinner and Chef's Table.”
'Exclusive Toh Jeen Dinner' is a special dinner before the event for important SC Asset families, presented in a Chinese banquet style that reflects the multicultural society of Thailand, with each dish showcasing the culinary heritage from six renowned chefs, including chefs from Sorn, Sühring, 80/20, Gaa, Soul Food Mahanakorn, and Samuay & Sons, which have never come together before, making it a unique experience.
'Chef's Table' is a Fine Dining arrangement to experience the pinnacle of special menu creation, a course designed collaboratively between Chef Ton Thitid Tassanakajorn, a Michelin-starred chef from Le Du, and Chef Jay Fai Supinya Junsuta, also a Michelin-starred chef from Jay Fai, presenting the unique blend of Thai street food and innovative cuisine in a Sit Down Dinner format for the first time in the atmosphere of a traditional Thai house at the Jim Thompson House Museum.
Another highlight activity in collaboration with Fruitfull is the 'Masterclass', which will invite special guests to participate in a cooking class with renowned chefs Napol “Joe” Jantraget and Saki Hoshino from 80/20, showcasing their culinary skills in preparing signature dishes.
Additionally, there will be a variety of street food stalls around the event area, along with an organic market and various souvenirs, allowing attendees to enjoy shopping and picking up gifts to take home. There will also be numerous workshops open to interested participants throughout the day, including the launch of the book 'Roads To Roam', which shares stories of food culture through the perspectives of chefs Paolo Vitaletti and Jarrett Wrisley, along with many other entertainment activities.
